We whole cluster pressed the grapes so the only time the juice was in contact with the red skins was for the couple of hours when the fruit was inside the press. "Intentional" rosés like this tend to be more delicate, lighter in color and with brighter, fresher flavors. The color is a very light, very delicate, translucent peach, a little more coppery than rose quartz. The aromas are of kumquat and blood orange, smarties candy, white gummi bear. In the mouth it is very tangy and mouthwatering, bright, fresh, and crisp.
